This was an attempt to develop a 3D game engine that I never completed. After working on it for several weeks, I realized I was attempting to recreate what the Unity game engine could already do.
Still, it was time well spent. I learned how 3d engines divide a world model into a binary space partition (BSP) so overlapping and intersecting surfaces can be drawn properly. I also learned how mobile objects can be merged into a static scene through the use of a depth buffer.
